2008 goals...not to be confused with resolutions
I'm not a New Year's Resolutions girl, but here are 3 goals of mine for the coming year:
Run 10:00/mile
I've already got a head start on this goal since I started training with InnerStrength 2 months ago. My half marathon goal time is 2:15--beating my 2003 PR (2:26).
Don't Procrastinate!
What can i say...I'm most inspired & productive by looming deadlines. However, in some aspects of life that doesn't necessarily work to my advantage.
Enjoy the moment!
This includes things like simplify, quality vs. quantity relationships, counting my blessings, etc.
